Cadets and explorers learn CPR, AED

This week, Sheriff’s Office  cadets and explorers learned CPR and were trained in the use of AEDs by Melanie O’Neill, RN Clinical Learning Coordinator for Mariner’s Hospital. All the kids in the post were certified in the American Heart “Heartsaver” program for CPR and AED use. Thanks to Baptist Health, Mariner’s Hospital and Melanie for letting them use their conference room, for donating materials and for donating the time to train them all.
