Colonel Rick Ramsay and Captain Don Hiller received the “Unsung Hero - Volunteer of the Year” award from the Florida Keys Children’s Shelter recently. The two of them, along with a crew of helpers, revamped the Children’s Shelter with fresh paint and other repairs. Here is Colonel Ramsay with his award.
