The crime took place April 11th. The victim, who lives on the third floor of the residence, told Detective Trevor Wirth someone entered his room and took a tablet computer, a cashbox with $200 inside and a gold Tarpon pendant.
Investigations revealed the Tarpon pendant was pawned the day it was stolen at Joe’s Cash Flow Pawn Shop. Records showed it was pawned by 20 year old Brandon Mixon. Further investigation revealed Mixon, 25 year old Joseph Zecca and 22 year old Charles Hosendove were all involved in the theft of the items and shared in the proceeds of the theft.
Today, all three men were booked into jail on outstanding warrants for their parts in the crime. All three were charged with grand theft. Mixon was additionally charged with giving false information when pawning the pendant and with dealing in stolen property.
