Sheriff’s Office has several clean ups planned

Sheriff Rick Ramsay has made community involvement and the betterment of Monroe County and the Florida Keys a priority for his agency. In addition to fighting crime on a daily basis, and helping those in need, the Sheriff believes a cleaner community will also be a safer one because people who take pride in their community will also be more vigilant about reporting crime and taking care of problems before they escalate.

The Sheriff’s Office has been organizing and participating in  a series of community clean ups over past months. We encourage members of the community to turn out and to participate in these clean ups with us.
