A fourth person – 31 year old Damien Humphrey of Stock Island – was picked up on a warrant stemming from an incident August 22nd. Humphrey was spotted by detectives on that date driving a car when they knew he had a suspended driver’s license. They attempted to pull him over on North Roosevelt Boulevard in Key West, but he refused to stop. Humphrey turned into the Searstown Shopping Center, fleeing from the detectives.
