Islamorada Marine Deputy Martin Digrius was patrolling Lignumvitae Channel near Mile Marker 77.7 when he observed Jose Angeles Montero Bravo fishing. An inspection revealed Montero Bravo to be in possession of a yellowtail snapper four inches in length. The required length is 12 inches.
