Honoring Deputy Frank Adams during black history stroll

Programs Director Keena Allen participated in the Key West Black History Stroll; one of the stops was the Key West Cemetery where she spoke about Deputy Frank Adams, the first deputy to be killed in the line of duty in the Florida Keys on October 7th, 1901.
