District One’s Criminal investigations Unit conducted a crime prevention seminar on fraud and identity theft to AARP members. Detective Sgt. David Smith and Detectives Spencer Curry and David Fernandez discussed fraud and I.D. theft. The audience was filled with about 40 members of AARP.
