One southbound U.S.1 lane on Stock Island will be
temporarily closed for approximately two hours from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. this
Saturday, March 16 for the annual FKCC Sprint Triathlon/Biathlon.
One lane of College Road will also be closed during the same
time.
Deputies and Key West Police will help control traffic at
College Road/U.S.1 intersections and patrol the event.
Traffic is typically not too heavily impacted as the race
ends fairly early in the day, but expect southbound slowdowns on Stock Island early
in the morning.
