FDOT to begin temporary Snake Creek Bridge single-lane closures at night

A contractor for the Florida Department of Transportation will begin nighttime single-lane closures on U.S. 1 between today, Sunday, Oct. 6 and Thursday, Oct. 10, between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. at the Snake Creek Bridge in Islamorada.

Flaggers will assist in directing traffic. Please use caution in the area.

The FDOT contractor will also continue conducting daytime shoulder closures beginning at 6 a.m. this week.
