Key West Police need help with Rolex theft


 Key West Police have asked for help getting the word out on this case:

On February 27, 2012, the Key West Police Department responded to a theft at Abaco Gold, 418 Front StreetKey WestFlorida. A man walked in, and went behind the glass display case. He took eight men’s and ladies Rolex watches worth $60,960.00, including:

A men’s Sea Dweller Black Dial-Bezel
A men’s GMT Master II Black Dial-“Pepsi Bezel
A men’s President Single-Quickset 1.5ct channel diamond 14kt Bezel
A men’s Quickset Champagne “Jubilee” diamond dial Bezel
A men’s White MOP Dimaond Dial
A ladies White MOP Diamond Dial Bezel
A ladies Non-Quickset President Factory Black “Tapestry stick Dial
A ladies No-Date 18kt President Pink MOP Diamond Dial Bezel

The suspect was caught on surveillance video taking the watches; he is described as a white male in his late twenties; he is tall, thin, with brown hair and was wearing khaki cargo shorts, a grey v-neck t-shirt and a blue hat.
