Sheriff's Office says goodbye to Deputy Higgins

A funeral was held for Deputy Winifred Higgins, who died  after a long battle with cancer. In the top two photos, a flag was flown at the Islamorada Substation, where he worked; it was then presented by Sheriff Bob Peryam to Higgin's family in remembrance of him, and of his years of service to our community.
